Online Ordering

How do I order online?
Navigate to the page that contains the item you wish to purchase. Then change the quantity of the desired item and click the associated "BUY!" button. Select your browser's Back button or "CONTINUE SHOPPING" to continue shopping or proceed to place order by clicking on "CHECK OUT".

Why isn't the order process working properly? Cookies?
This is likely the result of a cookie problem. Our site requires a cookie to identify you (just a unique number) and to link you to your order information and shopping cart. If your browser is not set to allow cookies, we cannot identify you and your information cannot be retained. For more information, search for "cookies" in your browser's help function.

How do I change the quantity of an item ordered?
Click on "Shopping Cart" at the top of the page. Change the quantity of the item as desired and click on "UPDATE" next to the quantity box.

How do I delete an item from the shopping cart?
Click on shopping cart at the top of the page. Change the quantity of the item to be deleted to 0 and click on "UPDATE" next to the quantity box.

How do I change the shipping method?
Click on "Shopping Cart" at the top of the page. Order information must be completed before we can determine your exact shipping cost. If you have not already done so, click on "ORDER INFORMATION" to complete this information and then click ok. You will need to click on "Shopping Cart" at the top of the page again. At this point, all shipping options available to you will be displayed. Select the method you desire and click "UPDATE" beside the shipping options.

Do you offer Saturday delivery?
We do not presently offer UPS Next Day Air Saturday delivery as an option. Orders can be shipped UPS Ground Service, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Second Day Air or UPS 3 Day Air.

What shipping method do you use when shipping to a military address?
Orders shipping to military addresses will be shipped via United States Postal Service. The delivery charge is calculated based on the combined weight of items ordered and where it is being shipped to. Delivery charges can only be determined after we receive your order. They are not pre-calculated on-line. If you require a delivery cost prior to placing your order on-line, please contact us via e-mail at ticket@nationalticket.com Monday thru Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST with your complete ship to address, quantity and type of product(s) you would like to order.

How is shipping calculated?
We calculate your shipping amount based on the combined weight of all items in your order shipped to the zip code provided in the order information. We charge actual UPS shipping rates.

Undeliverable packages ...
If your package is “undeliverable” and returned to us by the carrier, an additional delivery charge will be charged to your credit card. The charge will be determined based on original shipping method.

International Orders
Duties and taxes ...
Duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer for any shipment shipping outside the continental US.
