Frequently Asked Questions - Online Ordering

How do I order online?

Navigate to Our Online Store Once there you can use the menu on the left hand side of the page to find the product(s) you are looking for. Once you find the product you want, click on the "Buy Now" button. Next you can tell us how many items you want, and click "Add to Cart". You will then be taken to your cart where you can either proceed to "Checkout" or you can click "Continue Shopping" and find more of the great products you love!

How do I change the quantity of an item ordered?

Click on "Cart" at the top of the page. Once on the Shopping Cart page you can click on the word "Edit" that is under the product name. From there you can adjust your quantity and click the "Add to Cart" button to save your changes.

How do I delete an item from the shopping cart?

Click on "Cart" at the top of the page. Once on the Shopping Cart page you can click on the trash can icon to the left of the product thumbnail to remove that item from your cart completely.

How do I change the shipping method?

On the Checkout Order Summary page you will be able to change the Billing Address, Shipping Address and also the Service you want to use for shipping. All of the offered shipping options that correspond with your Shipping Address will appear in a dropdown box on the bottom right of the page. Just click the dropdown box to see all your options and their pricing and select the one that works best for you.

Do you offer Saturday delivery?

We do not presently offer UPS Next Day Air Saturday delivery as an option. Orders can be shipped UPS Ground Service, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Second Day Air or UPS 3 Day Air.

What shipping method do you use when shipping to a military address?

Orders shipping to military addresses will be shipped via United States Postal Service. The delivery charge is calculated based on the combined weight of items ordered and where it is being shipped to. Delivery charges can only be determined after we receive your order. They are not pre-calculated on-line. If you require a delivery cost prior to placing your order on-line, please contact us via e-mail at ticket@nationalticket.com Monday thru Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST with your complete ship to address, quantity and type of product(s) you would like to order.

How is shipping calculated?

We calculate your shipping amount based on the combined weight of all items in your order shipped to the zip code provided in the order information. We charge actual UPS shipping rates.

Undeliverable packages ...

If your package is “undeliverable” and returned to us by the carrier, an additional delivery charge will be charged to your credit card. The charge will be determined based on original shipping method.

International Orders
Duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer for any shipment shipping outside the continental US.
