You may not copy, re-publish, or otherwise re-distribute ANY content or material contained on this website under penalty of law without prior written permission of NTC. The contents of this website cannot be used on ANY other website without prior written permission of NTC. Furthermore, you cannot use or reproduce any trademarked or copyrighted material, images, or content that you do not own onto materials that are to be manufactured by National Ticket Company. We also reserve the right to refuse to manufacture any materials we deem to be obscene, morally objectionable, or pornographic. The definition of what is considered obscene, morally objectionable, and/or pornographic is based solely on the discretion of National Ticket Company. Unless specifically prohibited, we are permitted, without charge, to put our name, trademark and address on the face of merchandise manufactured by us for our customers.
National Ticket Company is based in Shamokin, PA, and all online activities and transactions that take place on this website are controlled by servers located in Shamokin, PA. Hence, this website shall be governed by the Laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any legal proceeding or legal action pertaining to or arising from the use of this website shall be filed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. You hereby agree to abide by the laws under the jurisdiction of the Pennsylvania state and federal courts. Furthermore, you hereby agree that venue in these courts is appropriate and proper in any such legal proceeding or legal action.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others, and we insist that our customers do the same. Content is hereby defined as any data, material, or information including text and images that constitutes a document, website, publication, or printed item. You understand and agree that all content is the sole responsibility of the person from which said content originated. This means that you (the “user”) are entirely responsible for all content that you use and/or provide to the National Ticket Company website. You agree to not use the website to send, upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that we deem in our sole discretion to be obscene, morally objectionable, or pornographic. You also agree that you are responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your National Ticket Company account.

Payment for goods and services ordered is due in full at the time of order, unless other arrangements (“payment terms”) are made in writing in advance of the time of order. You agree that you will be responsible for all orders and purchases placed through your account with National Ticket Company.
ORDER APPROVAL AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. National Ticket Company is not liable for any errors in a final product caused by any of the following, including, but not limited to: Misspelling, Grammar, Damaged Fonts, Digital Artifacts that are Not Visible on Screen, Punctuation, Wrong Cuts or Perforations, Bleeds, Incorrect or Missing Folds, Incorrect back up of supplied file(s), Finished Product Size, or any errors resulting from a failure to read, understand and abide by information provided on the National Ticket Company website. We cannot guarantee that the exact same brand of paper will be used from one project to another. However, we will always endeavor to source our papers from the same suppliers whenever possible. Paper manufacturers may change the specifications of their papers at any time without notice. All printed materials are manufactured according to industry standard ink and colorant densities. Exact match to electronic proofing methods is not always possible. National Ticket Company is not liable for color matching or ink density on electronic proofs approved by customers. Electronic proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color match or density. The application of a coating or varnish may affect or change the appearance of the printed colors. National Ticket Company is not liable for the final color appearance of coated or varnished products.
CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK FILES
All customer-supplied files, including artwork, layouts, and images must be in CMYK or spot color mode. National Ticket Company is not responsible for color shifts that result from RGB to CMYK conversions. All customer-supplied files, including artwork, layouts, and images must conform to National Ticket Company quality standards located here: http://nationalticket.com/faq/artwork-guidelines. National Ticket Company is not responsible for poor reproduction quality of customer-supplied images that do not meet our standards for being “Print Ready”. Logos, illustrations, and other line work must be in an original vector format, with layers enabled (not flattened). Bitmap images like photos and halftones must be provided at 300 dpi minimum at the appropriate size. Artwork must be supplied with copies of all fonts and linked images used. National Ticket Company offers artwork services at no charge for the first hour, but additional time is charged at our usual rate. Artwork not meeting the specifications may result in additional fees and production delays. Please see our FAQ section for details on file preparation and submission. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND TRANSFER OF TITLE National Ticket Company will always act to ensure that production difficulties do not delay delivery schedules. National Ticket Company shall not be liable for any consequential damages resulting from a delay in shipment or delivery. You agree not to hold National Ticket Company liable for damage or delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, accidents, or any other circumstances beyond National Ticket Company's control. National Ticket Company is not liable for any United States Postal Service delays and/or errors. You agree that the shipping terms for all products are FOB shipping point (Paxinos, PA or Las Vegas, NV) and ownership transfers from National Ticket Company to the customer upon shipment. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products are assumed by you upon our delivery to the shipper.
