Please keep in mind that if you have slow internet, a wifi connection, or are transmitting large files, you may have issues related to transfers via a browser interface.
We suggest using FTP or Dropbox (below) if you have issues using this type of transfer.

FTP requires an ftp client such as:
FileZilla (Mac and Windows)
CuteFTP

If you do not have an FTP client installed Internet Explorer will start.

You may be requested for a password. Please obtain a password from your CSR or Sales Team before accessing.
